Meningismus: Fever, severe headache and a stiff neck are serious symptoms. I don't want to scare you but it could be meningitis. Please go to the er asap to be treated.

Any earpain,Sore thr: After a viral syndrome, sometimes middle ear infections, sinusitis, tonsillitis/pharyngitis can happen. At the same time also aseptic meningitis can happen. Any medications you took , can sometimes can lead to a condn. Like pseudotumor cerebri especially analgesics. Do you have any nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light when look at, irritability, confusion. Considering the weekend go to er/call pcp.
