Just got over influenza last week and now i have a fever and severe headache on left side temple. neck is also stiff what could it be?

Meningismus: Fever, severe headache and a stiff neck are serious symptoms. I don't want to scare you but it could be meningitis. Please go to the er asap to be treated.
