Not nesseserily: It might be hematoma, dislocation, depends on how you injured it and how much pain and functioning you have. If you concerned about possible fracture, get an x-ray.

Not necessarily: Where the bump is located can help determine the type of injury but all bumps do not mean that there is a fracture.

Possibly: Get an x-ray to find out as it can also possibly just be a contusion, hematoma, or injured tendon.
