In june 2014 i broke my tibia, fibula and ankle. now i have discovered a pea sized hard lump over my tibia fracture site. what could this lump be?

Lump: could be some of the hardware used to fixate the fracture backing out. Or as bone heals sometimes there are Spurs that form around the fracture sites. Best bet would be to check with the surgeon that performed the surgery and have the area examined.
