If you had a chest cat scan with contrast would it of caught tb if you had it?

Possibly: But you would not necessarily know it was tb, only that there was some lesion on the ct scan. The diagnosis would be confirmed by history, testing, and possibly by culture and stain of respiratory secretions or bal or biopsy.
