Yes: Common TB comes in two varities In children primary TB shows up as enlarged mediastinal nodes, pneumonia,and pleural fluid on chest xray. With healing of TB get Ghon complex of calcified nodule in lung and calcified node in mediatinum.Secondary TB usually occurs later in life with reinfection with pulmonary and pleural changes in upper part of the chest. Exposure to TB can be without xray change
