I have pain on the outside of my foot by my ankle, but no bruising and no swelling. It hurts when I walk, haven't tried running. Any ideas?
I hit a foul ball off of my ankle about a week ago. I am still able to walk and run and there is no swelling or bruising but my ankle feels uncomfortable to touch and I get occasional pain in the side of my foot. Could this just be a sprain?
