Dental problems?: What type of dental problems do you have? Can these problems wait until you have the baby? Are you in any pain? Are there any infections? If you are not in any pain and there are not any infections then the home remedy is to brush and floss regularly until the dentist decides it is safe to work on you. If you have pain or infection, see another dentist.

Call another dentist: Although there are some proceedures that perhaps are best to do after the babies are born your good oral health is very important to you as well as your babies. You need to find a dentist who totally understands the current perinatal dental treatment guidlines and perhaps change to a new dentist. The local dental society can give you suggestions if you call them.

WARM SALT WATER RINS: You would be amazed what warm salt water rinses will do for many oral issues, especially while pregnant. Be very careful what type of treatments you do while pregnant, some dentists will not even touch you with a ten foot pole knowing that you are prgenant. Be patient and brush and floss.
