Yes: You dr did a very good pap and scraped the cervix aggressively to obtain a good sample.If this persists beyond a few days please contact the dr.

Probably normal: Lots of times a pelvic exam will cause short term pain and some leakage. I'd call the person who did the exam and ask them directly, since they just evaluated you.
