R/O EPIDIDIMYTIS: Testiciular pain demands a through evaluation. EXam/LABS/TESTICULAR US. Your symptoms are consistent with epididimytis v varicocoele v spermatocoele. Discuss with your dr. He may start empiric abs ie DOXYCYCLINE/CIPRO

My underneath of the testicle skin is a little bit itchy. I used many antifungal cream but it didn't work. So, a doctor suggested me to use alcohol pad. Then it was totally fine. Is using alcohol pad safe on the testicle skin area?
Thanks doctors. I did see a Urologist. It wad my 3rd seperate one. Visit was for shock like pain in penis, testicles, and pelvis at times. Nothint was found. Sti negative. Cytoscopy negative. Ultrasound clear. What should my next step be?
