Hi i've been experiencing pelvic pains on and off for quite some time(few years) and just recently my gp did a physical exam and noted that my appendix and bladder both hurt. also experience sharp pains during sex. any ideas what the cause could be?

The pelvic pain that you’re having on the right side which occurs intermittently maybe secondary to something called endometriosis. Endometriosis is the presence of endometrial tissue outside of the uterus and it can be found anywhere in the pelvis the most common time that hers is during your menstrual cycle I would suggest you see your gynecologist for a pelvic exam and ultrasound
