Maybe: Cymbalta (duloxetine) is a medicine to treat depression, but also painful conditions such as diabetic neuropathy, fibromyalgia, chronic low back pain and arthritis pain. If you stopped taking this medicine, you might have lost some of the pain relief benefits of it.

From a : Foot doctors perspective, i would look at your feet and check if your flatfooted when standing as your symptoms could possibly be caused by that.

Cymbalta (duloxetine): More likely withdrawal from cymbalta, (duloxetine) especially if on high dose for a while and tapered fast. Discuss with your doctor alternate slow taper before u stop the med.
