Metoprolol side-eff.: www.drugs.com lists paleness and coldness of the fingers and toes as side effects of metoprolol. If you need a beta-blocker, ask your dr. For something like bystolic, (nebivolol) especially since you have shortness of breath and metoprolol can cause that as well.Cymbalta raises blood levels of metoprolol, so while it might appear that your dose is low, your blood level could be higher than you expect.
