Stop sugar: Stop drinking all those sugar calories in sodas, juices and alcohol. Don't eat any foods with high fructose corn syrup. Eat whole fresh fruits and vegetables. Don't eat candy, cake or ice cream. Start (or keep) working out, preferably with an aerobic exercise like running, biking, swimming or dance class. I'm sure you'll lose body fat if you do this, and you'll look great! :).
