Since weight lifting-cant lose body fat?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Tariq Niazi

The same volume of -: muscle will be heavier than fat, so if you are building muscles, you may not see much weight reduction. You might be looking at your bulging muscles and thinking its the fat. The only way to reduce the fat in the body is to reduce your fat content with your food intake and Increase your expenditure by exercising regularly.
