Jumble: Okay, what is the "back artery"? It's not listed in my anatomy book. Stress can cause lots of things including pain but rule out other causes before saying stress is culprit. Thyroid trouble causes fatigue & feeling of coldness. Where is the pain? Resubmit your question with better information for better answer.
