Just recently had acht testing done thyroid was normal cortisol level was four collection time was early afternoon what does this indicate?

Clarification: You should discuss this with the physician who ordered the test but ur question required some clarification. First of all, acth testing has nothing to do with thyroid. Secondly, acth testing give u cortisol values at 3 different time points. Is the cortisol of 4 before or after acth was given? If before, we need to know the other values as well, if after, then this indicates adrenal insufficiency.
