Thyroiditis: Post partum thyroiditis is fairly common, often resolves on its own. There can be transient highT4 (and low TSH), then a transient low T4, and then resolution. Often no treatment, unless you're uncomfortable (beta blocker perhaps). Careful that this is not Graves disease, which can sometimes spring post partum. The high cortisol is probably from stress. See your endocrinologist.
