Skinny arms & legs w/ weak muscles, puffy round face, very large abdomen, stretch marks, buffalo hump back of neck, acne, hirturism. normal cortisol levels. what else than cushing's can cause this change in appearance in 30 yo woman. thank you?

Cushing's is very rare. Women that look like you but dont have Cushing's are not. But easy to test for in your saliva. Discuss with your Dr. Before that I would look at pictures of all women in you family tree at your age to see if this "look" tends to run in your family. Your local practitioner can order the salivary cortisol test usually at 11 PM as this is when cortisol is the lowest.
