Male 35 yr w/ normal free and total test levels, normal cortisol. estradiol 38 pg/ml, prolactin 49.1ng/ml. not on any medication. have low t like symptoms, difficulty with sleep, sex drive, motivation,burning fat. can prolactin or thyroid be issue?

You'd be best served by consulting an endocrinologist to sort out your lab results & symptoms. High prolactin level may be a part of your problems. You don't mention your testosterone level. The specialist will order appropriate testing in order to make an accurate diagnosis. Referral to a psychiatrist can be made if depression is a problem.
