Pacifier use: Besides the social stigma that may result, use of a device such as this may have a negative effect on the dentition. With adults who have a thumb sucking habiit, you often see the front teeth not coming together properly and in some cases, the upper front teeth will flare out causing a "buck tooth" appearance.

Yes: If an adult uses a pacifer it will push their front teeth out., giving them crooked "buck" teeth.

Yes. Doin't do it. Pernicious habits cause harm which may be irreversible. Of greater concern is why the need for a pacifier? It would be wise to discuss your perceived need with a mental health professional.

YOU HAVE AN ORAL FIXATION TO SATISFY AT YOUR AGE SO THE BEST METHOD IS FOR YOU TO SUCK ON A LOLLYPOP OR AN ICE POP BUT ALL SUGURLESS. A PACIFER CAN CONTAIN BACTERIA AND THE PLASTIC IS NOT HEALTHY IN YOUR MOUTH FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME.
