It Is: No amount of radiation is considered "safe", especially for a developing child in-utero. That said, your safety and health is also a concern during your pregnancy. The pregnancy involves both of you! it is recommended pregnant mothers wait on non-essential x-rays in the 1st and 3rd trimesters, and have their routine exam in the 2nd trimester. Emergencies should be dealt with asap.

Embryo: We do not recommend any xrays when you are pregnant unless they are absolutely necessary. Please check with your obgyn.
