Injury: Hands are complex. The time to heal depends on the injury sustained. If you haven't visited a hand specialist, i would advise you to do so. Many of the injuries from mma are fractures, which require accurate repositioning of the boney fragments in order to get the best return of function. A thorough examination and possibly xrays are in order.

See your Doc: I have treated fighters in pride and ufc, and hand injuries can range from complex fractures to torn ligaments to everything inbetween. Your doc can tell you if you need to see a specialist. In the meantime avoid hitting the bag, mit work, or anything which increases the pain. You may have to take time off sparring and just focus on cardio untll it heals.
