That : That sounds like a very significant injury. Your doctor who did the surgery will want to see you back as he now has a medical relationship with you. Please call that doctor's office, explain that you are a patient there and the symptoms you are having. Although i understand you have financial concerns, having little use of your hand could affect the rest of your life and you need medical follow-up with the surgeon. This is very important that you have a medical evaluation to assess your hand and wrist.

This : This sounds like a very serious injury. If you are unable to use your hand or move your finger that may mean that the ligaments or tendons were severely damaged, this may not heal on it's own. Please see your surgeon immediately.
