I have a central retinal vein occlusion in my right eye. is there any chance i can save my eye and how? what about the cobweb i'm seeing?

Depends: On severity and chronicity, one can get quite a bit of vision back. The cobweb is blood which will slowly dissolve.

See a retina special: Treatments include laser and/or intravitreal injections of anti-vegf or steroid agents. Don't delay.
