Sclera is on the: Out side of the eye and should not really affect the vision. If the vision is affected have the surgeon examine the retina soon.

Should not: If your vision has not been affected, you probably just broke a blood vessel that is healing on the surface of your eye, not inside. If you have any vision changes, see your doctor immediately.
