Pain and or Bleeding: Endometrial cancer is usually diagnosed by post menopausal bleeding. After treatment for endometrial cancer which in most cases involves a hysterectomy +/- radiation and or chemotherapy the recurrence rate is low but certainly not zero. Pelvic pain, vaginal bleeding, bloating are all signs that have to be evaluated by your physician . Seek appropriate follow up!
