I'm trying to determine if i have symptoms of endometriosis, or endometrial cancer. there are some overlapping symptoms.

No telling: If you have symptoms that suggest endometrial cancer to you, even a physician will probably not be able to make the call without imaging and perhaps a biopsy. Your life is too valuable for guesswork. Please get seen.
