My 4 yr old keeps complaining that his legs hurt. it happens all different times of day, and i can't seem to find a pattern. what can this be?

Groreing pains: Is the forst thought. Growing pains occur in both legs or alternating legs and occur anywhere from hips to toes and are vague often worse at night. If he is not drinking enough that can contribute. If it keeps hm from doing his normal activities and is frequent you would benefit from a visit to your pediatrician.
