Supplement: I typically recommend a Vitamin that says 100 % RDA Vit D. Retest in about 3 months. Vit D level assay is sensitive and complex. Also Vit D is a fat soluble Vitamin, so one has to be careful of mega doses, since it can accumulate in the body too. Exposure to sunlight is the best way to build up natural Vit D
