Routine blood and urine labs all normal except co2 of 33 (reference range 21-32). any reason to be concerned with this one "abnormal" result?

Alkalosis: CO2 goes up in the blood if you are dehydrated and have vomited, have severe lung disease such as emphysema, have low potassium, are on diuretics or antacids or are leaking acid into the urine due to various hormonal problems. The slight increase in your CO2 is insignificant and I do not think it is any thing to worry about.

I had covid a month ago with mild inflammation in both lungs. Took dexamethasone. i did a lab today for CO2 blood test and mine was 21. i didnt eat much and ate hours before the test. the standard range says 22-29 is this dangerous? is it related?

Routine. Urine lab results show color red but sample looked clear, blood small, slight cloudy and few bacteria, all else neg. No RBC found. Should this be tested again or is this a normal test?
