Depends!: If properly-performed by an eyelid surgery specialist (abps-certified plastic surgeon) temporary tightness usually resolves. If done by someone without proper training or expertise and truly excessive skin incorrectly removed, then reconstructive surgery is possible and may need to be considered. Seek several opinions by abps-certified plastic surgeons before doing any more surgery! good luck!

Yes: If you've recently had surgery, it is not uncommon for the skin to relax and temporary incomplete eye closure to improve. If your surgery was longer ago or you're having dryness or irritation associated with this, i would seek a revision. In many cases a small skin graft can be placed to remedy excess skin removal. Fortunately, this is an uncommon occurrence. I hope this information is helpful.

Usually Yes.: Yes, if too much skin is removed during blepharoplasty surgery, revisionary surgery is possible. Of course, best to avoid the complication in the first place.
