Are there any procedures, other than blepharoplasty, that help under eye bags?

Not really: While there are many approaches to blepharoplasty with incisions inside the lid or outside the lid and varying degrees of restructuring of the lid itself, ultimately they are all variations of blepharoplasty. These are done under local with generally very pleasing results by oculoplastic or general plastic surgeons.

Blepharoplasty or?: Sometimes a filler can be injected to improve the lower lid area. It is an off label use.

Eyelid Surgery: In some cases, cosmetic fillers can help with the under eye bags. However, eyelid surgery would be the best option to remove the under eye bags.
