Sure!: I assume you mean you have had liposuction in the past. You can have ivf and twins even if you have had a previous tummy tuck, but you may have more abdominal wall damage with multiple babies. Liposuction preserves the normal musculature and the entire skin of your abdomen; the intra-fat scarring is minimal and will have no effect on your pregnancy. Good luck!
