Sorry, no: The fertilized egg must either completely separate during cell division ("identical") or the ovary must happen to release multiple oocytes which get fertilized in same time proximity ("fraternal"). Neither of these phenomena are able to be externally encouraged via natural methods.

Thank Goodness No: Twins are very exciting and then you may have your family with a single pregnancy. The problem is that multiple pregnancies, even twins, are much more complicated pregnancies. Most importantly, the babies have the greatest risk. I hope you have your two children but 1 at a time :) best wishes for a happy healthy pregnancy.
