Is it possible to naturally have twins after a failed pgd ivf?

It could be possible: There can be many explanations for a failed ivf cycle, and in most cases, the exact cause can not be determined. It is not uncommon for us to see women who have conceived naturally after having failed ivf in the past. But often it takes a significant amount of time to have this pregnancy. Ivf does not guarantee pregnancy, and failure does not mean that you can't conceive naturally.
