Stay Healthy: Get plenty of regular exercise, eat a well balanced diet, have regular check-ups with your doctor, seek counseling if you are particularly stressed out, maintain a healthy level of spirituality if so inclined, stay positive and seek out positive relationships, continue a happy sex life-if you have such desires, make sure you don't sweat the small stuff and try to always count your blessings.
