It may not matter: I am so pleased to hear people willing to put off the pill solution. Consider a good therapist you feel trust in to explore your situation w/ you. After an eval, you'll understand the basis and find the best treatment plan. If it includes a med option, you can discuss it. Not everyone does better w/ them. Try understanding and guidance.
