Evaluation: Not sure which type of stress test ...Routine treadmill vs. One with imaging etc. Routine treadmills can have false positive results in women. Either way further evaluation by a cardiologist seems warranted.

See cardiologist: You mean provocable ischemia. That means the heart suffers from lack of blood when provoked by stress. This usually is a sign of coronary artery disease. But sometime people can have such symptoms without it as well. The next thing to do is to see a cardiologist, check cholesterol and lipid, BP etc.And get treated for all those problems with medicines first.
