Yes: Anterior ischemia means forward [anterior] heart muscle is not getting enough oxygen. This is representative of angina and ultimately heart attack. Ecgs are good, but can miss problems. They are not always easy to interpret. There are additional more thorough tests if there is any concern regarding heart muscle ischemia, ex: exercise stress test, heart catheterization to name the most common.
