Im really worried about two lumps either side of my neck (back) where the soft spots are. i havent been ill. what could this be?

Exam needed: A physician would have to examine your neck to be sure, but as a rule if the 2 lumps feel identical and are located in the same areas, the structures you note are probably normal ones. Malignant masses or pathological lymph glands usually differ somewhat in size,shape and consistency. Still, for peace of mind, have the examination.
