Son, 35, has tender spot right above collarbone on left side of neck, hurts when he moves or stretches in certain ways, no lump & no other symptoms,no fevers or lumps anywhere else, i am a wreck its lymphoma, would there be a lump or other symptoms?

Your son just has a neck pain with spasm, lymphoma does not manifest that way, take care yourself.

Not feasible to be precise, but he may have a scalenus anticus syndrome on the left side. Since there is potential for brachial plexus compression, would suggest an exam by his physician. I would be most skeptical about a lymphoma also, as a cause.
