Biotin: There are no studies showing that biotin is safe when breast feeding. I would not take the medication while breast feeding.

Dangerous: According to the nih, the maximum safe dose in breast feeding women is 35 mcg per day. The dose you suggest is almost 300 times more than that! biotin is used in the body as a catalyst like substance - only tiny amounts are necessary to do its job.
