How is that my hernia in my bellybutton keep continuing to come back?

How so?: Do you mean that the bulge keeps yo-yo'ing in-and-out? That's the nature of hernias & will continue until the hole is (surgically) closed, or; do you mean the hernia was previously repaired & now recurred? Surgical repair with mesh should reduce the chance of this happening again.

Recurrence?: If you are asking about recurrent hernia after repair, see a surgeon with extensive experience with recurrent hernia, an consider a laparoscopic approach. There are many factors that can lead to recurrence such as the patients medical problems, size of hernia, and technique of repair. Can't say for sure why there is a recurrence without full information, which is best obtained at. Doctors visit.
