Means exhaustion: This is a sympton of exhaustion which is bad for you. Getting interrupted sleep for 90 minutes will not fix the problem. Find out why you are not getting enough sleep. Go to bed earlier, control the temperature in your room, turn off the tv, make sure your mattress fits your body, relax, read or meditate and go to sleep. You will wake up more refreshed. See a doctor for a medical screening.
