My daughter was asleep and then woke up crying saying her stomach hurt around her belly button. she says she doesnt feel sick. possibly appendicitis?

Hard to say: Belly pain is a vague presenting issue that could mean lots of things. If she can walk around without doubling over from pain or jump on alternate feet without falling over in pain it is unlikely an appendicitis. If she can do these okay you can monitor at home until other symptoms make the issue clear.
