Had carpal tunnel sg 6 weeks ago, get electric shocklike feeling on index fingertip when pushing a button. is this normal? should i get ultrasound?

Probably normal: Particularly if you had a severe carpal tunnel syndrome, this may just be a sign of the nerve having started to recover and regenerate. Not sure what ultrasound would accomplish.
