Is playing basketball a good exercise?

Dr. Scott Mitchell

Exercise-Basketball: Yes, playing basketball is very good exercise. Especially if you really enjoy playing basketball. The best form of exercise is one that you love and if basketball is something you would do just because you enjoy it even if it wasn't beneficial for you that makes it even better for you since it is enjoyable as opposed to something you must force yourself to do!

Absolutely. Fitting exercise into your lifestyle is so important, and the type you love makes it all the better. Keep it up.
