Top of foot pain in bone, center of top of the foot. no impact/trauma. the pain is very mild and i can exercise thought it. i am very active-run, play basketball on hard courts (concrete), etc. im 46. is this possibly some stress fracture?

Pain: if you can still walk on this it's unlikely to be a stress fracture. Common reasons for foot pain would be an Extensor Tendonitis perhaps some degree of neuritis of the nerve of the top of your foot.
