Substitute: There are many fizzy drinks out there with minimal or no sugar. Try transitioning to one of these by replacing one drink a day over a few weeks, then two, etc. They will reduce the number of calories/sugar that you take in and over time reduce your cravings for the sugary ones. You can also try transitioning to non fizzy drinks that are less sweet such as Iced tea with honey or water with lemon.
