Eczema--does anyone have any ideas how to treat it?

Avoid cause: Avoid any skin irritants ie harsh detergents, soaps, cleansers. Protect the skin with good moisturizing. You may need steroid ointments to clear active lesions . But avoid eczema with good skin care.
